Election Information Concerning Education, FYI

You can make a difference in any election. Please do not think your vote does not matter. It always matters.

One person can make a difference, and everyone should try.
President John F. Kennedy

The Oklahoma Education Association has a bold goal for November and together we can reach it: Let's defeat Oklahoma's worst public education legislator and elect a public school champion in his place.

Rep. Jason Nelson is the worst public education legislator in Oklahoma. His efforts to dismantle Oklahoma public schools don't just affect his own House District 87 in Oklahoma City; they are equally harmful to classrooms across the state. With your help, we can defeat Nelson and elect Collin Walke, a strong advocate for our public schools. With your help, we can sustain the momentum that defeated State Supt. Janet Barresi and move the debate around public education back to a reasonable middle ground.

MEET COLLIN WALKE
Collin has deep roots in Oklahoma City. He attended Oklahoma State and OCU College of Law before setting up a successful small business and law practice. He regularly volunteers in the community and he and his wife Lori attend Mayflower Congregational Church where she is an associate pastor. See Collin's flyer in the Members Only Section of our website or visit his webpage and Facebook page.
